What is Marks?

Marks come from quests. Human's Entrepreneur perk and the Bargain Master trait each raise merchant sell prices by 15%. Elkstrider and Wanderer's Edge sell for 220 before those bonuses. Proficiency ranks also spend Marks, but the amount per rank is not published.
