Mushroom and Eldritch
Arachne is summoned with Alke Fur, Venom Glands, and an Alke Core. That recipe is from the changelog, not from a drop table.
Bael needs a Cursed Bell. The bosses index puts him at Spectral Keep, and the door warns you if the bell is missing. A location note instead ties the bell to the Broken Church and Elden Forest. Use whichever pin your journal fills in. He is a magic-reroll drop and a named source of Time and Soul augments. His minions are listed at 150 HP.
Vaelor, the Lizard Boss, is summoned with a Horn of Calling at the Swamp Arena. Lizard Soldiers there are 950 HP. The horn's source is not published. His loot pool includes magic and family rerolls at a lower rate than Bael.
What a kill is worth
Boss kills are one Essence source, beside Bestiary progress, profession levels, and Gladiator wins. They also raise Guild Rating. Specific weapon drops are still unpublished, so do not farm a named boss for a named sword unless your own journal shows that drop.
The largest listed non-boss health is the Wandering Elk at 5,500 HP.
